The weather has turned cold and rainy again. To be truthful, it's been cold and rainy all month. Occasionally it turns seasonal and sunny and everyone runs out and tries to soak up as much sun as they can before the clouds roll in and it rains again. Sometimes things run out that should have stayed hidden and then there's trouble.
